Aged about 61 years, is a Commerce Graduate and studied Management Development Courses at Wharton Business School. He is a second generation entrepreneur having vast experience and expertise in management of conglomerates. Presently he is on the Board of several Usha Martin Group companies.

Whole-time Director

Aged about 49 years, is a Commerce graduate and is Associate Member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has knowledge in accounts, finance and banking functions and expertise in financial modelling and forecasting, Business Analysis etc. Prior to joining the Company, he has served Century Plyboards (India) Ltd., Mani Group.

Non-Executive Director

Aged about 49 years, has completed her Post Graduate in Business Management with specialization in Finance from the University of Burdwan in 2001 after completion of B.Sc (Hons) in 1996 and M.Sc in 1998 from the University of Kalyani. She has experience of working in various industries vertical and has been working for Usha Martin Group for more than 10 years. Prior to joining the Group, she started her career as an Equity Research Analyst with VCK Share and Stock Broking Ltd in 2001 and joined the Group in 2004. Presently she is working as Senior Manager in Corporate Department. She has fair knowledge of Indian accounting system, financial modelling and forecasting, business analysis and company valuation, etc. Gangotri has been serving as a member of the Board of Directors of Usha Martin Group/Associate companies.

Independent Director

Mr. Nipendra Kumar Sharma aged about 66 years, is a commerce graduate. He has vast knowledge and experience in handling and heading accounts and finance departments. He was associated with various multinational companies for last 40 years. Presently he is working as a financial advisor and consultant for various private companies. The Board thinks that the induction of Mr. Sharma will benefit the company in many ways especially in the financial sector.

Mr. Anil Kumar Modi, aged about 56 years, has a vast experience of more than 30 years in the accounts and finance departments of various Companies. Earlier he was associated with varied companies of different fields in the finance and accounts related areas.

Aged about 58 years, is a Commerce graduate from Calcutta University and a Diploma Holder in Multi-Media Designing from Zee Education, Kolkata. He has a vast experience of more than 30 years in various fields including Administration and management. The Board thinks that the induction of Mr. Vijay will benefit the company in many ways especially in the administration sector.
